Born and raised between Rome and Naples, Chef, Owner and Sommelier Camillo Tortola promises your dining experience will be filled with purity, simplicity and pleasure!  His authentic Italian cuisine is served to you in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.  With homemade sauces and daily fresh-from-the-market Italian specialties, including Camillo's homemade tiramisu and his zabaglione con frutta, this restaurant is a unique treasure in Princeton. Tortola's passion for food originated in his grandmother's kitchen, then he furthered his training at the Roccaraso Cooking School in Italy.
