Stephen Distler, owner of the newly opened Elements Restaurant in Princeton introduced the Chef, Scott Anderson and his talented staff at a recent Open House. This video also includes some observations by Bob Steele, Architect of Elements, on the naming of Princeton’s newest restaurant.
